The thing I love about Simpsonville is that it is a family-oriented town with many restaurants, parks and conveniently located near highways 385 and 85. 

Our neighborhood is great for cookouts, parties and friendly neighbors.We love to eat at Stella’s Southern Bistro, Mad Cuban Cafe, Papas & Beer, Henry’s Smokehouse, Slice of Bronx Pizza, and many others. Grocery stores are plentiful and close by.  Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe’s, Publix, Bi-Lo and Walmart Supercenter

When we bought the property, we were drawn to the mature tree-lined Holly Trace subdivision and the privacy of a landscaped corner lot.

The Greenville area is wonderful because of the cost of living, climate, Falls Park on the Reedy, and is steps away from the mountains. 

A few other things that I can mention are how friendly the people are and it’s a nice atmosphere to be around.
