Our neighborhood is great for families! I’ve loved having a neighborhood pool as a place to relax and cool off in the summer. The neighborhood walking trails are my favorite, especially in the spring and fall. Our dog Toby especially loves the trails, and always goes down to the Reedy River for a drink and swim. We love to eat at Panera Bread in Simpsonville! Having access to healthy meals means a lot to us. We always get a craving for tacos though, and that’s when we head to Tipsy Taco. Grocery stores are plentiful in Simpsonville. Publix and Target are my favorite and luckily they’re right across the street from each other, and less than 10 minutes away from home! Simpsonville also just built a new Aldi, and those are always great.
When we bought the property we were drawn to the spacious yard and access to the walking trails right behind the house. We knew it was a family friendly neighborhood also, so that is always a plus. We also enjoy taking our son to Lake Conestee Nature Park for walks and time at the playground.
The Greenville area is wonderful and so beautiful. The people are friendly, the food is good and the scenery is amazing! Downtown is definitely a wonderful place to visit and have a tasty meal. We love to go downtown and enjoy a great meal at places like Tupelo Honey and The Lazy Goat. After dinner, we always walk down to Falls Park and sometimes get an ice cream cone from Spill the Beans!
Our utility costs are better than we have experienced before. We have accounts with Duke Energy, Fountain Inn Natural Gas and Greenville Water. They all have speedy and easy set ups!
